Awesome family atmosphere. Great people that all get along and work well together. Pay is good, benefits are good, training is always available and encouraged. Owner is awesome and pays for employees healthcare 100%. Company trucks provided and upgraded frequently.

No extra pay for on call. Max out at 2 weeks vacation
