Pros
It's a wonderful product and the focus of the company is great. You get a lot of exposure to work on the latest technology and to learn by simply applying your skills. The leadership in terms of work is pretty good and there are a couple of inspirational people on board who are great to work with. The pay structure is really good and if they like your work they will not hold back from appraisals and bonus. Also, you immediately get a lot a responsibility, which is great for the ones who can handle it and use it to their advantage.
Cons
Unfortunately all the pros come at a rather heavy price. The company and senior management's policies are not at all employee centric. They lean more towards treating employees like labor when it comes to working hours, attitude towards open communication, leave policy and general day to day management of work. It is very unfortunate to see such talented people posses such poor management skills. They are excellent in their respective technical areas, but are extremely poor people and project managers. Adequate respect is not given to employees and even to certain customers. The company keeps falling behind in terms of their exposure and growth opportunities in the market, and other competitors have gone ahead of them in key areas. It is run more like a family shop rather than a professional business. The product, might still be very competitive, but the competition is catching up really fast, as their is no proper development and enhancement plan for the product. I wish I had taken the advice of other review on Glassdoor, rather than just thinking of them of reviews written by a few sore souls.
