Pros

Fintrac's staff are exceptional, primarily young and very talented, and for those lucky few who want island living, their office in the Caribbean is sweet! Management pays attention to the broad needs of their staff both in-house and externally.

Cons

Very strong personalities in executive suite mean mid-level managers will only get so far. The growing pains are evolving and admittedly it is hard to move from a small business to a medium-sized one without discomfort.

Pros

Young vibrant workforce, visionary leadership (husband-wife team President-CEO), very strong belief in their mission to improve the lives of farmers and agricultural value-chains around the world. For some, the Caribbean-based home office is fabulous!

Cons

The bright young employees tend to burn out from lack of movement and the resulting brain drain is a real shame. The open office space in the USVI office is mostly distinguished by its high noise levels, lack of privacy and surfeit of both digital and human distractions. The President doesn't realize how toxic her energy can be at times - leaving the staff unproductive, often for long periods.
