Pros
After 2+ years with the company, I can confidently say it’s not perfect, but my experience has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve grown a lot professionally, gaining exposure to unique opportunities that are hard to find elsewhere. The chance to collaborate with top-tier investors and global companies is unmatched and has significantly enriched my career. The Pros: Exposure to top leaders: You get to meet and work with some of the most influential figures in the industry. Opportunities to take initiative: If you’re proactive and willing to invest time in your projects, management is open to ideas and provides strong support. Travel experiences: Work-related travel to destinations like the Bahamas is a big perk!!!! *Swimming with the pigs* Team culture: The company offers a mix of healthy team activities, optional social gatherings (like fun drinking nights), and even spiritual classes to balance work and life. Flexibility: One day of WFH per week is a great benefit. Work Environment The work environment is generally relaxed, and my colleagues are amazing!!! Really. Things can get intense during event seasons, but that’s expected given the nature of the industry no? I’ve noticed that complaints about being overworked often come from people who may not fully understand the demands of this field or are exaggerating their experiences lol Final Thoughts It’s surprising to see negative feedback from some former colleagues, especially those who were let go due to poor performance or creating inner circles and gossips. Personally, my 2+ years here have been generally positive. The opportunities, exposure, and growth I’ve experienced far outweigh the challenges, and I’d recommend this company to anyone willing to put in the effort;)
Cons
The Cons Demanding bosses: Expectations can be high at times, but that’s not unusual in a fast-paced industry. Loosely structured processes: Some areas lack clear structure, which can occasionally slow things down. Room for more team activities: While the culture is strong, more frequent team-building activities would further enhance camaraderie.
