Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

1. Don’t get fooled by their reviews. The 4 and 5 star ones were either written by HR or the Marketing team under the boss’s orders. Trust me. No one leaves this company gracefully. 2. Management is very self-absorbed and lacks clear vision, direction, and follow-through. Many ideas sound good in meetings, but when it comes to execution, there is often no real action plan. One month they push one idea, and a few weeks later they suddenly switch to something else without properly informing the team. Employees are then expected to deal with the chaos and somehow deliver results based on inconsistent decisions. It often feels like management creates confusion, while staff are left to clean up the mess and make things work. The turnover rate is very high so see for yourself.

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working at Finoverse, and here are my thoughts: The co-founders have big dreams and a clear vision for the future, which is inspiring to be a part of. They embody a hands-on approach, fostering an "all hands on deck" mentality rather than just directing from above. Their involvement makes a real difference in our daily operations. At the right moments, they support the team, ensuring we have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed. The team they’ve assembled is fantastic—everyone is friendly and supportive, demonstrating a keen eye for talent. The compensation package here is above market rate, which is a significant plus. Work-life balance is respected, with generally no overtime expected, allowing us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The events we work on are among the largest in Hong Kong annually, providing immense exposure and opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

I would recommend that management lean more into their employees to execute their roles to the best of their abilities. Listening more carefully to employee feedback and keeping an open mind can foster an even stronger workplace culture.
