- The customers are AMAZING. Everyone downtown loves Finnleys. - At the time (not sure about now) management staff was great. - Hours are good for retail! No late nights except for events which were also enjoyable.

- I feel like the company doesn't truly know where they want the brand to go OR who their target customer is. Downtown Franklin is different from the Nashville store and we constantly saw disappointed customers. - Pay, I unfortunately did a lot for a little and when it was time for my big raise and promotion, hope its better now!
