      Crappy racist Supervisor and management. Don't care about fundraisers only care if they are making donations by any means even harassment.

      FRC has been making active changes to their staff structuring over the last few years gradually addressing issues around international employees conditions and contracts. Senior management actively works to make things better.

      Cons

      Flat structure means consensus finding sometimes delays decision making and limited scope for career advancement.
