Great company to work for. Management was great and pay was great

Beautiful facilities at body shop and dealership. Decent pay and good benefits. I was always paid on time but that was due to my manager (had several during my time there). Free lunch on Saturdays, but most times the body shop was forgotten about. Great Christmas Party and gifts - that’s how they keep you. If you focus on you and know how to do you & your manager’s job you will be okay.

Pure disarray and chaos in upper management. The GM and Didge Service manager are both snakes, be careful. Owners (two sons) do not communicate with each other clearly as they’ll operate with separate agendas, but both equally unethical. All kind of side deals are made from owners to middle management that affects the bottom line and the hard workers they can care lads for. Will put on a strong front that they care, but will walk past you as if you do not exist. From family drama spilling over into the work place, to the “Kids” in training to take over the business being drunks and substance abusers that get away with absolutely anything. Massive internal accounting issues and problems with accountability with upper mgmt. Really no professionalism in work place and a lot of unsettling things go in behind the scenes at this place.
