If you are looking for specific experience in accounts payable or tribal accounting but are not looking for long term employment, then this isn’t a bad start.
Cons
My biggest complaint would be what I’ve seen for management specifically in the Special Projects department. There is a lack of leadership; it’s more a person in a management position that makes demands, talks down to employees and threatens to get pissed if you don’t do what she wants. Management also will take responsibility or accountability. There are also temper tantrums thrown in meetings by said manager. It’s embarrassing, childish and should not be tolerated. This is a work environment where management wants you to be intimidated, miserable, lack confidence and do not make a move without them telling you to do so. With that being said, there is no growth opportunity either and very high turn over rate. Overall joke, and if you have any type of expectations for management then please avoid accepting a job offer from this company. It’s nothing impressive.
