Good place to work - Operational Manager Fineway Employee Review

I signed a contract with this company, and after waiting 4 months for the appointment to get my work permit ready the company simply decided to cancel my contract because of 'financial issues'. I had to pay my living for all this period to finally find myself unemployed. If you are not a german/ EU resident and you need to have a work permit/ visa.. this company is not for you.

- International workforce, lots of different cultures - Based in Munich; beautiful city - Nice office :) - Regular start-up community parties - Modern technology - Clean sophisticated branding and product - Exciting time to be in the organisation; moving more towards B2B

- No stock options; could be good to have to ensure employees take more ownership and feel like the business success is their success - More cross collaboration with teams, sometimes can feel a little siloed
