Cons
The company is going down. The new leadership is quite poor and dont understand Marketing - specifically branding - and have continually failed. When they don't meet sales goals they decide to lay people off or just fire them. The "leadership" team has no understanding of leadership. The president thinks he's everyone's friend but that's a fallacy. He came into the company and immediately suggested there was an "us vs them" attitude between the office and factory personnel which was untrue.
