1. None of the company hire fresher's and if they do they either ask for security money or even didn't pay for many months and when their work done they terminate fresher's without any salary , but we hire fresher's and trained them too according to their skills and we paid them too and increment is done accordingly.
2. We always appreciate each employee for their work and support.
3. Since when company was open many employees are there who are still working with FST, they taught many fresher's, who got good job after get trained from FineSoft seniors, they are the backbone of the company and that is the reason FineSoft still having its positions in the IT industry and competing other IT companies.
4. We have strength of many employees, from seniors to juniors. If company is not getting project then from where they are paying salaries, and managing other expenses?
5. We have a very good learning environment. Which makes fresher's to get learned and earned. We never hide our policies, and in the very first day we discuss each and every points with them, if they are not comfortable they are free not to join our organisation, we never force any one.
6. We are having big projects which are of confidential in nature, we taught new employees to understand the flow and concept of project which is not easy too. This is our way of teaching new members.
7. CEO is very supportive; he always gives courage to his employees to do well.
8. We have flexible office timing, friendly environment, no hard and fast rules to employees; they get rewarded for their work.
