Our recent redundancies were extremely tough decisions, made with the long-term stability and sustainability of the business in mind. We know this has been unsettling and has affected the day-to-day experience of many people and we’re truly sorry for that.
We’ll take your points around prioritisation, planning and transparency onboard. As a scaling business, our ambition has sometimes outpaced our structure and that’s something we’re actively addressing. We’re taking steps to strengthen leadership across teams, sharpen our product focus, and bring more operational discipline into how we plan and deliver. None of this happens overnight but we are committed to improving.
