1 Star is too many - Scrum Master Finastra Employee Review

Calling local management incompetent is generous. Not only are they incompetent, but they do not self reflect to see their own weaknesses. This leads to management making all decisions solo instead of consulting the subject matter experts that know best. When individuals want to improve a process, they are shot down immediately. Management says they want agile, but what they really want is a to just assign tasks at the start of the day to be finished asap - continuously. They brought in agile consultants, then went to a completely different model that they call "agile"
