Pros
Competitive compensation and benefits. Considerable training resources. The employees are fantastic! The company is forward moving and there are many opportunities for motivated individuals.
Cons
None. *Full disclosure: I am a newer employee (post merger of D+H and Misys). I believe my "legacy" co-workers have been through a lot and have valid concerns and issues. I also believe Management is beginning to acknowledge these concerns and is making strides to correct.
