Pros

Uncapped commissions on sales is a plus. Their Captains help you out with getting set up and mentor your progress, they have a great development training program to get you all set up. Benefit of hybrid work schedule and you set your own hours. Provide trainings to get you your licenses and build your skills up.

Cons

Since its self driven, to start up your business you definitely need some start up capital to get situated and the drive to do well. Since this is self starter type of firm, you need to be aware its not 9-5, w-2 employee that is paid bi-weekly pay, its sales driven.

It can definitely be stressful getting started, like in any new job, but it again leads back to the pros. The team here made everything much easier when you reach out instead of trying to learn it all on your own
