Some staff are trying to make effort and just focus on getting work done. Good location in North Sydney

Cons

Massive office politics Bullying and micro management Not willing to listen to staff concerns and overload of work Favoritism of long term staff

Finance plus has a great life work culture. Great chance for Mobility being part of the WPP network

It is a smaller group so you will have to do things outside of normal functions

You gain experience working at an Industry leading company that will look good on your resume.

Cons

Working at a company this large can be hard. There is a lot of buerocracy to deal with.
