I, sincerely am amazed that a company like Finalytics Financial Consultancy, gets work from the US, since the owners cant even speak proper ENGLISH! Most of the work we do is repackaging financial models and software's of Blackrock formally Helix financial, absolutely no innovation. The company has made $ millions by selling stolen financial modelling solutions. One of there biggest clients were Miami based LNR property, who probably realized the scam and bailed on Finalytics. The owners were Ex employees of Helix financial, now Blackrock. Before leaving it seems these guys copied all the Intellectual property of Helix. Having worked hard and studying almost half my life, it is very unfortunate that i have to work on stolen property. Instead of developing something of my own. The company highly underpays and overworks you, the attrition rate is very high, so they have to go to colleges to get trainees when the work pressure is high. Ever since i started working for Finalytics, i have no social life. Things at home have taken a nose dive, since most of the time, have to work on weekends. The company has a Two month notice policy, which is ok, but they hold of pay to people who drop in there papers saying "salaries will be paid before you leave" have seen many cases where they actually don't pay at the end and if you protest they will call up your future employee or cause trouble during your verification time. To top it all up the owners have started a dairy farm and potato chips shop, they spend most of the time and attention in the other business leaving me and a couple more people in-charge of the company, EVERYDAY i think of quitting, by my ethics don't let me, since the clients would be left dangling in mid air.
