Pros
FinXL is not getting involved once we are left with employees. I'm not sure if that's a benefit. But they will pay you less by giving a lollipop of Permanent residency that feels like poison
Cons
Employees are left with clients, and they are not cared for. No monthly catch-ups, bonuses, or other activities for employees. Already earning commissions but not thinking of employee welfare.
