      Good pay, fully remote, and good PTO policy.

      Cons

      Poor health insurance policy with a high deductible. Current leadership is too reactive and don't stand behind the power of their product. Instead they're busy reacting to current trends like AI and ignoring most if not all of their core company values.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits and great values. People on my team are great to work with and genuinely respectful. Being able to hybrid work has been a lifesaver for me.

      Cons

      Extremely fast moving company where design to launch is done at lightening speed leaving very little time to plan & execute training.
