We are a fully remote quickly growing organization with opportunities for advancement.

I have experienced no cons to working at this organization.

Fully remote first organization. Some really, really nice people to work with. Everyone knows that every step of the way they are doing the right thing for the state of the mental health and well being of people, and really helping people. Great culture. People first company.

Really loose adherence to process. It's basically a startup, so this is expected. Lots of hats to wear, sometimes too much. One bad apple can really demolish the culture in any given department, and they are slow to address.
