-beautiful office right off the freeway -friendly and casual-yet-professional work environment -they are great at working to accompadate a regularly changing schedule (such as for changing college class times) -good pay -lots of help within customer service department for various questions or customers who want help

-if you work here, you might suddenly want to buy a mermaid tail yourself and/or become a professional mermaid -you might eat too many of the chocolates they put out on the front counter -sometimes during the busy season, phone calls and emails are back-to-back and certain customers might require more attention (as with every customer service job)

Flexible hours, hybrid remote working, great management team.

The company has had to downsize over the last few years so there are fewer employees to specialize in specific roles.
