Pros
I had a good experience working for Filo. The owner put a lot of work into the company to make it enjoyable. I was able to work from home. They have some of the lowest rates/cost in the market (at least they did when I worked there). No micro managing.
Cons
My director wasn't very focused. He lost more than a few good deals and clients for the company. He also messed up my personal mortgage by forgetting to lock my interest rate for over a week, and now I think of him every time I make a mortgage payment that's much higher than it should have been.
