Pros
- When market was good, the bonus payout was really good.
- Remote.
- No Micro-Managing. As long as you get your job done and meet deadlines, there will be no one to hound you.
- Management is really nice.
- Everyone is really great to work for. If you needed help with something, there was always someone there to help you or answer any clarifying questions.
Cons
- Stopped bonus pay due to less borrowers coming in/business was barely surviving.
- Little to no training for onboarding members.
- Not the greatest of benefits. Also does not match 401K.
- As market was getting bad and layoffs started happening, they put more work onto the processors without any additional compensation. We were doing the work of multiple people. This affected a few other departments as well.
- Not much room for growth within the company.
