      Sometimes you get to leave early

      Everything. The schedule, they want you to work all the time, but then they talk about work life balance is great. But then if anything goes wrong it’s never senior management’s fault it’s always someone else they have to blame. Very unprofessional and they lie their clients. They also will lay off staff when they mess up and lose their funding

      -great leadership -Really care about your development -Ladder to climb if you keep pushing -Co workers are awesome -Good benefits -Comp days if you work over 40 hours for the week.

      Cons

      - Holiday season is a busy time. some long hours during black Friday weekend and peak season. really not a con though, its part of the job and the grind of it is fun.
