It is a company that actually believes in and trusts its employees to do the work they are assigned. You aren't micro managed, and you are trusted to get your work done, but are also given the resources to be able to accomplish it. Even though its fully remote, you are never on your own. Co workers are very responsive and more than willing to go out of their way to help out. Management always checks to make sure you are happy in your role or if there is anything else you need to help you do your job. And they actually listen to your responses and do what they can to help. The work-life balance is unmatched. Generous amount of leave, flexible work schedule.
