Pros
They are trying a different business model to other disability services and are open to creative ideas.
Cons
They are supporting the growth of the business and the 'brand' rather than creating person centred models of delivery. There is a lack of risk assessments being done, including whs requirements for staff. A lack of skill development for the participants. Participants are part of programs which are not helping them develop and grow. Staff who have a complaint are shut down. There are no grievance processes. Culture is quite toxic. People are not being paid appropriately.
