      good work life balance, they really are trying to improve their entire process

      Cons

      upper management is out of touch with what it takes to actually process a loan and needs to work on the processor's compensation plan to make it actually work in conjunction with the goals set for production. Right now you can make bonus, hit top tier and still get written up on the same day. Reporting is also broken and needs fixed

      It is a job that can lead to a lot of stress. It can be very fast paced. There are a lot of policies, procedures and information to remember. Should have proficient computer skills to be successful with this position..
