      Manageable hours and good the work-life balance

      Cons

      Employees are disposable to senior leaders. Refuse to pay market salary to existing talent, then over-pay to recruit new employees from other banks when employees ultimately look to find a job that will pay them market.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Management can be good depending on your branch. Can make lots of close friends.

      Cons

      Very sales-focused. Does not matter if customer does not qualify for credit cards, loan, etc., you have to put the application in to meet quota. And the occasional rude customer.
