Pros
Great benefits for both full time and part time employees, along with 2 weeks vacation for part timers as well. First company I've worked for that offers the same benefits to part time employees as they do full time. The pay is average for the industry but they do give you incentive pay based on your sales.
Cons
Management will tell you what you want to hear, just to get good results and not hold up there end of the deal. Getting promoted can take multiple years and it's not worth the extra $1 on the hour. The company would rather pay an outside candidate more to fill the position rather than pay their current, already trained employees to advance
