Great benefits and some great people here. I enjoyed just about everyone I came into contact with.
Cons
If you aren't made of money, they definitely discriminate against you. I've seen my manager do some pretty horrible stuff and act downright rude to customers just because they didn't have money or were on the "wrong side of town".
