-No organization, all the higher ups seem to bicker with each other and are engaged in constant battles due to a a lack of transparency- departments don't work together, they work against each other. -Disorganized, for example in the past few months about 6 employees have quit and despite giving ample notice...the roles were not backfilled, leaving everyone to double the work with no end in sight. -Allows Poor Behaviors - Several employees get away with doing, more or less, nothing. Then, the work lands on the more apt and hardworking employees. Bad employees, with negative behavior (constant whining, lack of work ethic, inability to work a full 8 hour day) are rarely reprimanded and never fired. This leaves the better employees to pick up the slack. If a better employee ever makes a mistake or forgets something, they get chewed out...while the poor performing employees continue to twiddle their thumbs.
