      Travel internationally , inspiring products, passionate team members, increase experience on international marketing and a great international brand, head quarter location outside of downtown and practical for transit

      Cons

      No recognition, inequity, closed leadership circle - unbalanced professional vs personal life and no financial incentive upside - in many ways it's an under staffed team

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
