Pros
If you actually make your allotted hours, and get I to overtime territory, you can make 10k a week. That is a big IF.
Cons
You must work 2000 hours to get overtime, but they b3nch you just before, or slightly after you reach that goal. The performance bonuses are a joke. They always find a way to reduce them to the lowest levels. I sold a customer on a rewind and new turning gears. The company rep erased our names from the engineering case. We lost 50k in bonuses and nobody cares.
