Pros
Office politics aren’t prevalent outside of the training. Bonus eligible and very good benefits Leads to a lot of amazing opportunities afterwards
Cons
Work life balance is just inconsistent. Out of town working for weeks or months at a time and home for merely a few days. Leads to burnout. Aside from that, it’s sort of what you make it. If you’re familiar with this industry then this really would be a great fit. But a traditional engineer used to an office environment would be in for a bit of a culture shock.
