Pros
There are still a few decent people trying their best, but unfortunately there is not much else to highlight at this point.
Cons
The company is no longer really hybrid, which has negatively affected overall morale. The atmosphere has changed a lot and no longer feels positive or motivating. Many of the good people who made the workplace enjoyable have left, and their absence is noticeable. It is a shame, because Fido had real potential. With better decisions, more flexibility, and more focus on employee culture, it could have been a much stronger place to work.
