Great environment, positive impact, learned a lot

Was not able to expand my horizons as expected

Flexible work schedule, friendly co-workers, family environment, fair amount of paid time off. "Birthday" holiday. All in all, I enjoyed working for fidelis.

At times, it was a little chaotic and deadline are tough to meet. No room for advancement. Also, not the company's fault, but the location is subject to tidal flooding, at times I was concerned my car would get stuck in the water. I would say pay for my industry was lower than average.
