Look Elsewhere - Senior Engineer Fidelis Cybersecurity Employee Review

This is a hard one. My time at Fidelis was a fairly good one, even though it was always punctuated by uncertainty of what's going on at the top. Through change of leadership and ownership there was very little transparency as to how the company is doing financially there were question marks about the future. There are some very good people and talent still left in engineering, however it hardly offsets the problems that are stemming from the top. Work here at your own risk.
