      Pros

      Relaxed but busy atmosphere ( no micro managing, nobody on your back ). Great people. Good managers. Everyone is treated nicely and fairly from senior management to entry level interns. Free parking. Free Friday Lunch. Free sodas, waters, coffee and snacks.
