Pros
Decent compensation, ok hours, nice building, callers are pleasant for the most part, not a difficult job
Cons
Next to no training, terrible management...it seems they can't make their minds up on anything. They would have a person answering the phone that has no clue what their talking about then to properly train you, and then have the nerve to reprimand you if you get something wrong or try to ask questions. They think its ok to change your schedule with a days notice.
