Been here for 4 months. Literally I cannot think of a single pro...

Everything they say they are going to do for you are flat out lies... -No support -No leads provided at all - Complete lie!! -Training is a joke! - A video every few weeks or so on some crappy subject by a guy who obviously knows nothing... -Local broker in Florida is just horrible! -Their website that they boast about is complete garbage! -The CEO, Pat Chiarello comes off as nice and promises all these things he's going to do but he never delivers and as it turns out, he's just another corporate liar. Basically as a new agent I fell for all their promises... Do yourself a favor, find a true brokerage that is going to help you get started! Don't waste your time here! They will try to "recruit" you! You are just going to be another number... -
