Bad work/life balance Unsupportive management I had very little support for my mental health issues and kept having work piled on with no support or guidance from line management. They have plenty of resources to hire more people but for some reason wanted everyone to work insane hours. They like to pretend they are a friendly small company but in reality that’s merely lip service.
