Pros
Less employee strength. It could be a positive because you are not likely to be laid-off as there are already less people. Some really good colleagues.
Cons
1) Too much of micro-management 2) It is ok to put client first, but if you don't value your own employees, it is very unlikely that they will work with full dedication for the client. In short, management should understand, a happy employee gives a happy client. 3) Most the management is good and understanding. The problem lies with some really bad managers who like to micro-manage everything and unnecessarily complicate things(even when that is not required) by having too much expectation from their employees. 4) No extra benefits other than salary. Include life insurance and other perks. 5) less no of leaves
