We do our best during the interview process to present a transparent look at what a career in sales will be like, including the amount of time it takes to build your book of business from the ground up and the performance expectations that come with a sales position (i.e. making cold calls, being pushed to produce, etc). In regards to training: we are constantly looking for ways to improve and are currently implementing an extended 6 month Account Executive training program that will ensure all newly hired associates receive the assistance they need to thrive. We aim to hire team members who have the same drive, determination and self-motivation that our most successful associates embody, but unfortunately not everyone is a fit for the fast-paced sales environment at Fetch Logistics.
