      Gain experience on accounting software preferably SAP.

      Cons

      Bad management in CT office. Cliques in this office. Overhear constant disrespectful talk of superiors and workers in the front office. Overall, poor management and lots of negativity almost becomes impossible to focus and get work done. No career growth or advancement opportunities currently.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn about yourself in a negative work environment. There were some very nice people mixed into the majority of miserable employees.

      Cons

      Hypocritical management that treats employees poorly to make themselves feel better, while demanding you kiss there butts at the same time. Read other employee reviews. Most of the plant is extremely depressed and overworked. Very dark atmosphere I haven't experienced at other jobs.
