      Nice working environment, colleagues are mostly friendly

      Cons

      The company is growing very fast, but HR struggles to keep up at the same pace: the result is low clarity about career progession opportunities, outdated bonus schemes (usually not promoting meritocracy), weak remote working policies, misuse of diversity concepts and a general limited control from line managers on people development.
