      - Good lunch food (you have to pay only a small monthly contribution). - Beautiful office. - "Conciergerie" Service (pay per use, depending on the service). - Doctor on site. - Gym on site (for a fee). - Hairdresser/barbershop (NOT free).

      Cons

      - Always overtime. The overtime is not tracked nor compensated. - Zero transparency regarding salaries between colleagues.
