      Pros

      Ferrero Uk is growing at a very fast rate with a lot of interesting opportunities in all departments. Great mentality of personnel, full of young people really committed.

      Cons

      Staff functions are not supported a lot since the main efforts are focused on Sales and Mkt depts. As a consequence salaries of staff function are well below the market

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
