      Great brand name and innovative company in Europe

      Cons

      Extremely badly managed in India. A bunch of good for nothing expats who could not grow for 20 years in Ferrero have been sent to India.They are having a ball in India with great benefits salary and authority,.No connection with Business or people in India

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
