Pros
Great fodder for a dark comedy. free drugs at company parties (weed, mushrooms, pills, booze) so many fun stories of inappropriate and insulting behavior from Keith. great place to work if you enjoy verbal/emotional abuse. Keith is a case study of a narcissistic sociopath.
Cons
Keith is TOXIC and a total fraud of a human being. His offerings are all ripped off al anon and landmark type programs. No matter what role you come in for, you end up being an admin. Keith's primary focus is how everyone else can make him the most money, which is at the expense of the company operations, function, and ultimately client service. Working here is a career and mojo killer. Everyone knows he is terrible and makes excuses as to why they stay or can't leave yet. Work here at your own peril of trauma bonds, Stockholm Syndrome, and CPTSD.
